RICS Level 3 Building Surveys

These surveys are a full assessment of the property, including any defects found that should be resolved before purchase of a property. This might also allow you to negotiate on price, as some defects can be very costly to repair if not spotted before completion of the property purchase, leaving you with a huge repair bill. Our Nottingham Level 3 Building Survey has photographs, a breakdown of urgent repair costs and energy efficiency advice. This survey is suitable for most properties, in either poor, or visibly good condition.
RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports
When purchasing a property, it is important to understand the condition of the property. Our Nottingham surveyors are able to provide a detailed RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Report for your new purchase, whether a new build property or a Victorian building, our Nottingham based surveyors will be happy to help. This survey also includes a full market valuation. This survey should be chosen if the property appears to be in a reasonable condition and it has not been significantly extended, or altered.
Nottingham Property Valuations
Understanding the value of a property is a tricky subject, having local knowledge of an area, including the market, condition and sales prices of properties is essential to providing an accurate valuation. Our Nottingham Surveyors are experts in the local market, being able to provide you with an accurate representation of the market value of the property. We provide Valuations for purposes such as, Help to Buy and Probate. If buying a property on the open market, you should however have a Level 2 Survey as a minimum. A valuation is not a Survey.
