In this video, we share the story of the first female surveyor and feature interviews with two of our female surveyors who are out in the field, demonstrating the diverse range of skills and experiences that women bring to the profession.
We explore the challenges that women in surveying have faced historically and how the industry is changing to become more inclusive and diverse. Our female surveyors share their experiences of working in a male-dominated industry and how they have overcome obstacles to succeed.
Through their stories, we hope to inspire the next generation of women to pursue careers in surveying and to show that anything is possible with hard work and determination.
